The hotel has five restaurant dining rooms. The most sophisticated rooms are those with a central buffet area, a Carinthian stube, and the Lux "à la carte" restaurant with fireplace. In winter, the trendy Apres Ski pizza restaurant named "AlpIn" is open, with lounge and terrace, positioned opposite the slopes where you arrive from the pistes directly on your skis.
Fantastic buffet breakfast with savoury and sweet specialities, wholemeal cereals, muesli, corn flakes, various types of bread, locally-made jams, fruit juices, eggs made on order as desired, traditional cured meat and cheese products, fresh milk and butter, yoghurt, cakes, croissants, organic foods, and fresh fruit juices. The buffet also includes gluten-free products.
Dinner is served at the tables, with various menus, and with buffet-service hors d’oeuvres and desserts. Every week, traditional dinner, and gala dinner. Low-fat and organic menus, gluten-free dishes, vegetarian dishes, dietary cuisine, wine list with Carinthian, Austrian, Italian and international wines.
