Restaurant

The restaurant is one of the hotel’s principal hallmarks. You can choose from the various Carinthian “stube,” the Dobratschstube and the Knappenstube, or you can dine in the sophisticated Aurora and Luna restaurants.

The buffet breakfast is generous and superbly varied, with sweet and savoury foods, fresh fruit, wholemeal cereals, muesli, corn flakes, various types of bread, locally-made jams, fruit juices, eggs prepared specially as desired, traditional cured ham and cheese products, fresh milk and butter, yoghurt, cakes, croissants, organic foods and fresh juices. The buffet also includes gluten-free products.

Dinner is served at the table, with five different menus; there is a buffet service for hors d’oeuvres and desserts.  Every week, there is a traditional dinner and a gala dinner. Menu with low fat and organic cuisine, gluten-free recipes, vegetarian dishes, dietary cuisine, wine list with Carinthian, national and international labels.
At the Bistrot in the hotel’s wellness area, from midday you can enjoy light snacks and creative dishes. In the afternoon you can savour your coffee direct on the poolside, enjoying the lovely view over the Dobratsch region.
