Restaurant

The hotel has a restaurant divided into several dining rooms, some of which are more sophisticated, while others are traditional Austrian “stube” with thematic décor. The central restaurant has a large, well-stocked buffet area for breakfast and lunch.

As in all our hotels, the buffet breakfast is superb. Sweet and savoury foods, fresh fruit, wholemeal cereals, muesli, corn flakes, various types of bread, locally-made jams, fruit juices, eggs prepared specially as desired, traditional cured ham and cheese products, fresh milk and butter, yoghurt, cakes, croissants, organic foods and fresh juices. The buffet also includes gluten-free products.

Lunch and dinner are also served buffet-style, with hors d’oeuvres, first course and main course dishes. There is also Oriental cuisine in the evenings. Every week there is a theme dinner: Italian, Carinthian, and many surprises.

The formula applied is All Inclusive Light. This comprises an extensive buffet breakfast, buffet lunch (in winter), and a complete buffet service in the evening, for maximum choice of dishes. In summer, lunch is served in the bar as a light snack (soup and vegetables).
During the winter, all drinks during meals, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages, are included. In summer, drinks are included only for dinner.

For children

For the younger guests, there is a restaurant for children with mini self service comprising a buffet corner and a fruit juice bar. Staff in the kitchen are always available to prepare meals and babyfood for the smallest guests.
