The facilities include Baby World, Family World and Adventure World, and the brand new aquatic world! At Club Funimation Katschberg, our younger guests will discover all sorts of adventures! 
Falky-land covers an area of 1,000 m², on two levels. It is a fantastic world for children that guarantees enjoyment, games and action, for the whole holiday! 
The youngest guests are provided with expert supervision in the Baby-world nursery area. Of course, the hotel has nappy changing stations, bottle warmers, cots, interphones, baby bathtubs and baby-carrier backpacks.

Family-world

Family-world offers fun and games for the whole family, with table tennis, table football and billiards. In addition, there is the spectacular artificial rock face for indoor climbing, on which children can test their skill and sports abilities under the supervision of our assistants.

Adventure-world

This is the ideal location for playing, burning off energy, painting, doing manual tasks, putting on a disguise… just to enjoy play. When they get tired, the children can take a break in the Falky-cinema, watch great films for children, or quench their thirst and regain their energy at the children’s bar, serving fruit juices.

Falky Aqua World

Another new feature is the spectacular aquatic world for children, Falky Acqua World, with a pool for the youngest children, fun waterslides, a water adventure area with artificial rock face for climbing, a baby pool for the very smallest visitors, and much more.

There is another new attraction at Katschberg: an open-air amusement park for children on the lawns at Katschberg, with favourite cartoon stars.

The largest Family Hotel in the Alps is in Austria

More precisely, in Carinthia. The Falkensteiner Club Funimation Katschberg is located at an altitude of 1,640 metres, at the heart of one of the finest skiing areas in Austria. It has as many as 185 rooms, all suitable for families, and completely renovated. Rooms are large and have many design features, with modern and trendy accents. The Funimation is sophisticated and enjoyable, a true paradise for parents and children, whether lazy or hyperactive.

Inside the hotel, there is the Aqua World with a large waterslide, a thematic swimming pool for children, rife in colour and fun; the mini club with over 1,000 square metres of space; the Adventure world, with an artificial rock face for climbing; the Family world with table tennis, table football and billiards, the Movie World and even the Baby World. In short, a whole universe, designed to ensure that no-one gets bored, and that there are all sorts of activities suitable for all ages. The architectural structure is very unusual, with natural elements reproduced inside. The characteristic lounge bar is above a mezzanine floor, and in the evening it is lit by candles and dim lamps. Every day there is a packed programme of sports activities and entertainment.

The wellness area is, to say the least, amazing, with 2,000 square metres of saunas, whirlpool baths and panoramic tubs, Turkish baths, swimming pools and Kneipp procedure. The Alpine Zen Spa is very well equipped, and guests can relax under the expert hands of skilful professionals for massage and beauty treatment.

For infants, there is absolutely everything, such as bottles, baby mats, pushchairs, baby-carrier backpacks, bottle warmers and baby tubs. The daily activities include table tennis tournaments, tennis, morning gymnastics, relaxing gymnastics, Pilates, aquagym, Freccettem fat burner, aerobic step, staby and greeting the sun.

But the truly breathtaking aspect is the rear part of the structure. You just have to put on your skiboots and skis, leave through the door, and there you are in front of the ski-lift. No unnecessary effort, because everything is close by. The natural sledge track is easily reached, and likewise the ice-skating and curling rinks.

Services for children aged from 3 to 9 are provided every day, from Sunday to Friday 9 a.m.-8.30 p.m., and Saturday 10 a.m.-6 p.m. The formula is an all-inclusive light package, with an extensive breakfast featuring organic foods, a snack for skiers, a buffet dinner, and even a midnight snack.
